Senior UX Designer

TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (Fintech): Owning experience outcomes within a defined product domain, leading discovery and design from problem framing through to delivery with an accent on complex customer, broker, and employee journeys. Focus on balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create usable, accessible, and commercially effective solutions.

Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design across complex journeys, ensuring teams solve the right problems.
• Define experience direction and contribute to north-star journeys and principles.
• Translate insights into design solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to shape and validate solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Contribute to design system evolution to promote consistency and quality at scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading UX design across complex products, services, or platforms.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping skills.
• Experience contributing to and working with design systems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A portfolio demonstrating clear UX impact and outcomes.
• Must be based in Lisbon to support the hybrid working model.
