hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking product-focused design expertise for scalable SaaS applications.

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify friction and product opportunities.
• Translate insights into personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive interfaces.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable component libraries, and consistent interaction standards.
• Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Use product analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to optimize conversion, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on design reviews, sprint planning, documentation, and developer handoff.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, high-quality UI execution, and responsive product design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and responsive design.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software.
• Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
