What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from setup in Workday and hirify.global to final closure.
• Generate weekly flash reports on key metrics including utilization, billing, and bookings for leadership.
• Execute the complete month-end close process in Workday, ensuring all hour submissions are approved.
• Monitor project health dashboards and budgets, coordinating with Project Managers to resolve anomalies.
• Maintain operational compliance through regular reporting and timesheet reminders.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using approved AI tools to streamline tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with SFDC and Workday systems.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and monitoring project budgets.
• Exceptional attention to detail for compliance reporting and data accuracy.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration.
