What you will do

• Act as a senior strategic advisor to regional and local clients across Asia.
• Lead executive-level conversations and shape strategic agendas with C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver consulting engagements focused on strategy, growth, and transformation.
• Create regional thought leadership, presentations, frameworks, and client workshop content for APAC FMCG and retail markets.
• Identify and convert consulting opportunities, supporting proposals, solution design, value articulation, and revenue growth.
• Own client experience outcomes, NPS, relationship health, and collaboration across commercial, analytics, and country teams.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, insights, or analytics.
• Proven experience leading senior client engagements and influencing decision-makers.
• Experience driving commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, upselling, and pipeline creation.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing managers.
• Regional or multi-market APAC experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, storytelling, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
