What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients to address their research requirements.
• Guide team members through the full research lifecycle, including questionnaire development, data analysis, and report writing.
• Identify and generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide expert consultation to clients and internal stakeholders on project execution and insights.
• Utilize AI tools effectively across project stages to streamline workflows and enhance delivery.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and stakeholder management to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience in Market Research with a focus on quantitative projects.
• Strong understanding of research techniques (C-SAT, Brand Health, U&A) and technical aspects of data interpretation.
• Excellent numerical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market is a preferred advantage.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.
