What you will do

• Manage product publishing workflows and ensure data accuracy across the BigCommerce platform.
• Execute advanced merchandising operations utilizing the Salsify PIM system.
• Handle complex system integrations between multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Support website content creation and maintenance for established retail operations.
• Collaborate with existing team members on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide essential overflow support during peak periods and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience with a proven track record.
• Extensive experience with the BigCommerce platform (non-negotiable).
• Strong background in PIM systems and product data management.
• Ability to work independently with sophisticated e-commerce systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to data management.
• Must be available to work during Sydney Time (AEDT) business hours (morning shift).
