What you will do

• Define the technical vision and architecture for critical hirify.global Operations Solutions platform services.
• Design and build scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native services, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Own major platform initiatives from technical strategy and system design through implementation and operational excellence.
• Establish engineering standards and architectural patterns while improving reliability, maintainability, observability, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to align technical investments with business objectives.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, resolve complex technical challenges, and contribute to coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale commercial software systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep software engineering expertise with proficiency in C++, Java, C#, Go, or a similar modern language.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native applications, API design, service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Fluent written and spoken English required. Ability to contribute across the full stack, including React and TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms and large-scale production cloud services.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and cloud observability.
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications, WebGL, 3D visualization, or digital twin platforms.
• Knowledge of facility operations, asset management, AEC, industrial software, or discrete event simulation.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
