Senior Software Engineer - Integrations 3P - Platform (AI)

Location: Poland; remote work within a globally distributed team

Base salary: 307,800–486,900 PLN

hirify.global develops the hirify.global Search AI Platform for search, security, observability, and real-time data analysis.

What you will do

• Build and evolve the hirify.global MCP server and its infrastructure, primarily in Go.
• Develop the platform for universal agent skills, including portable formats, authoring and publishing tools, and linting.
• Establish evaluation-based quality standards for skills and tools.
• Design and deliver integrations connecting hirify.global with third-party AI ecosystems in collaboration with product teams and external partners.
• Contribute to the hirify.global CLI and maintain libraries, tools, and integrations across Go, Rust, and other languages.
• Apply product thinking to determine what should be built and why.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems, services, or libraries.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and working knowledge of LLMs, agents, agent skills, and protocols such as MCP.
• Significant recent experience with Go and willingness to work in unfamiliar programming languages.
• Knowledge of client-server networking, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong software engineering, communication, collaboration, usability, and developer experience skills.
• Willingness to work remotely from Poland as part of a globally distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating infrastructure, with an interest in telemetry and observability.
• Open source, technical community, blog, or speaking experience.
• Experience with third-party or partner engineering teams.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
