Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines. First 6 months are fully on-site.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of payment processing, ensuring reliable onboarding, settlements, and funding.
• Manage day-to-day payment operations, monitoring transactions, payouts, and data consistency across systems.
• Execute reconciliation processes between the company and banking partners to ensure transaction and fee accuracy.
• Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with banking partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Design and optimize operational workflows and automations to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide data-driven insights, reports, and operational updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online payments (credit cards, APMs) or relevant fintech roles.
• Experience with payment processing and reconciliation workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work night shifts on-site in the Cebu office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience working with PSPs, orchestration platforms, gateways, or PayFac models.
