What you will do

• Lead market research activities to identify key business opportunities for the China market.
• Devise and drive internal cross-team strategic projects to enable sustainable business growth.
• Facilitate commercial decision-making using deep market insights and understanding of customer needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to outline and prioritize new product capabilities.
• Support partnership efforts with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Analyze regulatory policies to support new business models and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a top institution (Master or MBA preferred).
• Around 4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or corporate development within Fintech or TMT.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Must be based in Shanghai.
• Experience working with and advising senior-level executives.
• Solid data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies.
