What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of growth-related product features, from requirement grooming to launch acceptance.
• Configure and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including token-listing and staking programs.
• Design and iterate growth mechanics to increase trading volume across spot, perpetuals, and TradFi categories.
• Build channel attribution models to analyze ROI and user segmentation for resource allocation.
• Monitor real-time engagement and conversion funnels to respond to anomalies and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or campaign operations.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive independent conclusions and decisions.
• Solid understanding of trading products including spot, derivatives, and TradFi.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments.
