What you will do

• Set up electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify electrical faults and repair or replace faulty components.
• Analyze blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications to plan layouts and determine material needs.
• Utilize voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to test systems for safety and proper operation.
• Ensure all work follows the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state/local building regulations.
• Upgrade electrical panels and wiring to support modern loads and energy-efficient systems.

Requirements

• New York State Licensed Journeyman Electrician required.
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree in Electrical Technology or Electronics preferred).
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
