What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical liaison and representative for hirify.global at customer sites.
• Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain advanced testing equipment and measurement systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and instrumentation performance issues.
• Generate technical documentation, including service reports and calibration certificates.
• Mentor Junior Service Engineers and provide technical training to customer operators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in field service, testing, or related technical roles.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in a customer-facing environment.
• Reliable personal transportation for local and regional travel.
