What you will do

• Lead multiple client programs from initiation to live operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations for a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for senior client executives and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop program managers and delivery leads to foster a high-performance, client-focused culture.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams, product owners, and operations functions to ensure aligned client experiences.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex programs in SaaS, cloud, or technology environments, ideally in FinTech or investment management.
• Strong expertise in program/project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills for engagement with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and solve problems in underperforming programs.
• Must be able to work onsite in the New York office 3x per week.
