Director of Product (Agentic Commerce)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; office setting. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $192,300–$307,600 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Identify customer pain points across procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, treasury, purchasing, expense management, and B2B commerce workflows.
• Define and test AI-agent concepts that reduce friction, automate decisions, improve controls, reduce costs, and create new business payment experiences.
• Develop product strategies, hypotheses, roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans for emerging capabilities.
• Partner with customers, ecosystem participants, sales, partnerships, regional teams, and product organizations to validate use cases and launch offerings.
• Evaluate AI agents, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, developer ecosystems, and commerce technologies.
• Advise product and leadership teams on autonomous purchasing, agent-to-agent commerce, embedded finance, intelligent procurement, and AI-enabled business workflows.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, fintech, payments, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial payments, procurement, accounts payable, ERP systems, treasury, fintech, or adjacent ecosystems.
• Experience identifying market opportunities and translating them into products, business initiatives, partnerships, or growth strategies.
• Customer-centric approach with experience uncovering unmet needs and developing solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and rapidly evolving markets.
• Ability to work in the Foster City, US office setting.

Nice to have

• Experience building agents, automations, copilots, workflows, or AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and developer platforms.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience bringing new products and services to market.
