Launch Excellence Lead (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Lead pre-launch planning and readiness, defining workplans, timelines, and key deliverables before the Brand Lead is onboarded.
• Act as the primary business interface for new products, driving cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
• Collaborate with CSI, Market Access, Medical, Supply, and Regulatory teams to align launch strategies and approval pathways.
• Identify risks and acceleration opportunities to ensure critical launch milestones are achieved on time.
• Develop initial product strategies, market assessments, and mid-to-long-term forecast models based on competitive dynamics.
• Establish and manage launch governance, including project cadence, risk management, and decision documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in new product launches within marketing or commercial roles.
• Ability to independently create product strategies and complex forecast models.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with Global teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.

• Experience in New Product Planning (NPP) or professional consulting.
