Consulting Project Manager (Payments)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead complex implementation engagements in payment acceptance and the merchant domain.
• Advise multinational merchants and payment platforms on tailored payment solutions.
• Develop scalable products and solutions using hirify.global and third-party assets.
• Identify partners, stakeholders, processes, challenges, and opportunities across client engagements.
• Create value propositions, sales presentations, tear sheets, and profitable pricing strategies.
• Lead and coach project teams while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience consulting payment platforms, payment service providers, acquirers, commercial issuers, or multinational merchants, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong project and program management skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to measure client financial impact.
• Experience with distributed systems, data analytics, programming tools, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
• Demonstrated ability to sell, implement, and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; the role requires at least 3 days in the Amsterdam office.
