What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary client teams in defining and delivering technology, AI, and ERP transformation strategies.
• Advise senior executives on ERP modernization involving SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, and next-generation enterprise platforms.
• Shape transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans for large-scale programs.
• Drive end-to-end ERP-enabled business transformations across technology, operating models, processes, data, and AI.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology-enabled solutions and build trusted senior-client relationships.
• Coach consulting teams and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, capability building, and business development.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience in management consulting or technology, digital, or transformation leadership.
• Experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable enterprise resource planning platforms.
• Experience applying AI, generative AI, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies to enterprise processes and business performance.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, persuasion, and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, outstanding academic achievement, and experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
