Project Manager Team Lead (Cybersecurity)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, and production deployment, with infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Project Managers, including performance management, hiring, and development planning.
• Own end-to-end delivery across the CISO PMO portfolio, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Establish PM standards, templates, governance rhythms, escalation paths, and decision logs.
• Maintain executive-ready portfolio reporting in Jira, including dashboards, workflows, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Lead alignment sessions and executive reporting across Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Drive retrospectives and continuous improvements to PM processes, tooling, and operating models.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience with a strong delivery track record.
• Proven experience managing and developing Project Managers and leading complex cross-company programs.
• Experience working directly with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Experience defining, tracking, and presenting delivery KPIs and operational metrics.
• Deep Jira proficiency, including project configuration, dashboards, workflows, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English, with excellent organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a CISO, SOC, GRC, or security operations environment.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability management platforms, or similar security tooling.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or SOX compliance frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
