OFCI Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Project)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale pharmaceutical construction projects from delivery through handover.
• Monitor field activities, project progress, quality, safety, reporting, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and partners on snagging activities and schedules.
• Lead project meetings, communicate impacts, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement project procedures and improve project processes with clients.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

• Project management experience, ideally in OFCI and process equipment work packages.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work on-site in Beijing and collaborate effectively with clients and project partners.
