Engineering Technician (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Support probe new product introduction and product qualification activities.
• Perform NPI qualification, ATE setup, and sample testing on the test floor.
• Maintain and convert NPI equipment to ensure stable operation.
• Troubleshoot NPI testing issues and work with engineers on program debugging and resolution.
• Support product performance improvement and project cycle-time optimization.
• Coordinate with global Fab, Assembly, Test, and business-unit teams to support an efficient supply chain.

Requirements

• Associate or college degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor or a related industry.
• Knowledge of ATE testing is preferred.
• Basic spoken and written English is required.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and follow technical documents and instructions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
