What you will do

• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and reporting across paid social platforms.
• Develop media plans, presentation decks, flowcharts, and campaign documentation.
• Gather campaign data, platform costs, and audience insights to support planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with Media Operations, Ad Operations, Finance, and Analytics to ensure accurate campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage daily communication with internal teams, media partners, and creative agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 3-6+ months of hands-on experience in execution and optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus on Paid Social.
• Analytical skills to interpret overall social and paid campaign performance beyond platform KPIs.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid work model.
