Salary: $47,900–$60,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns by organizing plans, objectives, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Implement account tasks, optimizations, creative trafficking, and ongoing testing initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and process large datasets for campaign performance evaluation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend optimization actions.
• Coordinate internal syncs, client meetings, presentations, notes, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support account teams and client needs.

Requirements

• At least six months of paid social experience, with Facebook Ads experience required.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
• Experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns.
• Independence, curiosity, strong communication skills, and motivation to grow.
• Paid Social channel knowledge, including Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, or Snapchat.
