What you will do

• Develop and calibrate key actuarial assumptions and methodologies.
• Report actuarial results to stakeholders, Group functions, and regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to pricing, reserving, and capital management discussions with underwriting and finance teams.
• Deliver actuarial analysis to support the business planning process and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with actuaries, claims professionals, and underwriters to align on assumptions.
• Develop tools and reporting capabilities using SQL and Power BI to improve underwriting performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to communicate complex modelling processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
