What you will do

• Develop and maintain Data Hall layout drawings, focusing on cabinet arrangement and cooling aisles.
• Create and revise M&E drawings for busway routing, cable routing, and cooling equipment.
• Coordinate power distribution components, including cable sizing, switch ratings, and tap-off boxes.
• Manage on-site construction coordination among contractors, design consultants, and clients.
• Track site progress, resolve installation conflicts, and ensure works align with technical requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM.
• Minimum 1 year of site management or construction coordination experience.
• Basic understanding of data center power distribution and cooling architectures (air and liquid-cooled).
• Ability to read English technical documentation and drawings.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial plants, semiconductor facilities, or large-scale M&E projects.
