Regional Facilities & Safety Lead (APAC)

Location: Full-time onsite role based at Canva’s Manila campus in Makati, Philippines.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Manila campus and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace.
• Serve as the primary facilities and safety contact for APAC offices and hubs.
• Manage cleaning, security, maintenance, and workplace-services vendors while improving service quality.
• Lead construction and fit-out projects in the Philippines from planning through handover.
• Develop a regional facilities playbook and implement global facilities, design, build, and experience programs across APAC.

Requirements

• Significant experience in facilities operations, workplace safety, and vendor management in a multi-site or multinational environment.
• BOSH certification and relevant Safety Officer 3 (SO3) experience are required.
• Ability to serve as DENR Pollution Control Officer and Managing Head for Facilities and Safety.
• Experience leading construction or fit-out projects as the core representative, from project brief to handover.
• Ability to manage operational details, identify risks proactively, and present effectively to global stakeholders.
• Understanding of differing workplace and facilities requirements across APAC markets.
