Salary: $160,100 – $271,400 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of recruiters supporting hirify.global's Corporate Functions.
• Develop and implement strategic, scalable talent acquisition processes in partnership with the business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted business advisor for Corporate Functions clients.
• Define and lead pipeline management and recruiting process improvement strategies.
• Partner with I&D and global TA teams to execute early career talent engagement and acquisition strategies.
• Lead and prioritize a portfolio of recruiting and Global TA initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience with Advanced Degree/PhD).
• Prior experience leading multiple TA Managers and teams within a remote and/or hybrid environment.
• Advanced reporting and data analytics experience to identify hiring challenges and gaps.
• Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing teams toward aggressive objectives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrixed organization and build senior-level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong persuasive verbal, written, and consulting communication skills.

Nice to have

• 12-15 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise and thought leadership on emerging trends.
• Experience implementing standards for operational excellence within a recruiting function.
