Senior Product Manager – Visa Commercial Virtual Cards (Fintech)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; office-based position with 5–10% travel

Salary: $152,200–$243,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Develop the roadmap for hirify.global Commercial Solutions’ virtual card and B2B payment capabilities based on customer, market, and business needs.
• Serve as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams by defining features, prioritizing backlogs, and writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver payment services, account services, virtual card lifecycle management, settlement, reconciliation, and APIs.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, implementation teams, regional product teams, clients, and external partners.
• Plan user acceptance testing, manage defect triage and escalations, and monitor post-release performance.
• Create product documentation, release notes, implementation materials, training content, and support documentation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD; preferred experience is 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience managing digital, fintech, SaaS, commercial card, or B2B payment products from inception through launch.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders and working across functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial cards, virtual cards, B2B payments, embedded payments, treasury, payables, or accounts payable automation.
• Knowledge of buyer, issuer, processor, supplier, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Experience with API-based products, platform integrations, payment services, data APIs, and partner integrations.
• Knowledge of ACH, RTP, SWIFT, or ISO 20022.
