What you will do
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and product expertise to partner customers post-readiness.
- Execute hands-on technical implementation, including configuration, integrations, and onboarding activities.
- Act as a technical liaison between partners and the Technical Account Management (TAM) organization.
- Advocate for product enhancements by escalating partner needs to internal teams.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and enablement content to support scalable partner readiness.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and deployment workflows.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Ability to travel up to 20% regionally and occasionally internationally.
