What you will do

• Ensure all manufacturing machinery is in safe working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC circuits, power transmissions, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement (CIP) processes.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and precision measurement instruments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Kaizen groups.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose AC/DC circuits and work with PLC ladder logic.
• Proficiency with common maintenance tools and precision measurement instruments.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and any shift as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comply with all safety/PPE requirements.
