What you will do

• Screen, qualify, and follow up on business leads from websites, media channels, and service hotlines.
• Contact existing contracted customers, distributors, and general agents while supporting contract renewals and maintaining Salesforce records.
• Organize enterprise customer and industry data, including White Space segment research and categorization.
• Analyze renewal transactions and support pricing submissions in sales systems.
• Assist with marketing communications, solution proposals, and sales management documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• At least 3 years of experience with enterprise application software, business workflows, and operational management.
• Experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and closing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and strong B2B enterprise sales communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong learning ability, and practical knowledge of AI applications and tools.
