What you will do

• Manage, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts and align campaigns with performance objectives and best practices.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement improvements against client KPIs.
• Test audiences, creatives, campaign structures, bidding strategies and new platform features.
• Provide clients with performance updates, recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and other media specialists while supporting junior colleagues and new business activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on one or more major social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid social metrics, optimisation techniques and campaign objectives.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently with strong attention to detail and time management.
