What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy teams to build content features and experiences.
• Develop strategy, goals, roadmaps, and success metrics for content ranking and recommendation products.
• Launch scalable features that improve content quality and give users greater control over their experience.
• Apply insight into cultural trends and short-form video to surface relevant content at the right time.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders and monitor feature performance and impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company.
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in content quality, content understanding, content ranking, or content moderation.
• Ability to create product strategies and prioritized, data-driven roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work in a United States office at least 4 days per week in Los Angeles or Palo Alto.
