Change Control Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite at data center facilities in NJ (Livingston, East Windsor, Kenilworth, or Weehawken). Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

Salary: $109,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio to avoid conflicts and minimize operational risk.
• Manage the end-to-end change control process for equipment and infrastructure changes.
• Build and manage team schedules, including on-call rotations and PTO, ensuring proper site coverage.
• Drive data validation and quality efforts across portfolio management tools to ensure a single source of truth.
• Serve as the central point of contact for schedule visibility across facility engineering and site operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Experience in data center, critical facilities, or industrial technical environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS, ITSM, or similar portfolio management platforms.
• Strong ability to audit datasets and drive process fixes for data integrity.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Ability to work onsite at a data center facility.

Nice to have

• Experience with EAM platforms like Maximo or Upkeep.
• Experience building reporting dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
