What you will do

• Lead the overall website strategy and roadmap for hirify.global.com.
• Design and execute a continuous CRO testing and experimentation program to increase MQLs and pipeline.
• Manage the web intake process and prioritize a backlog of weekly requests.
• Direct external web and design agencies to deliver high-quality site updates.
• Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, QA, and governance.
• Implement website localization and performance reporting using GA4 and Looker.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web marketing or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms and publishing workflows.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker, or similar BI tools for A/B testing and conversion analysis.
• Strong project management skills for handling high volumes of stakeholder requests.
• Proven experience managing external agencies.
