Location: Canberra, Australia. Must hold current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and be an Australian citizen. Role is onsite/hybrid.

What you will do

• Lead discovery and design for the Request Management System, rationalizing request forms and designing user journeys and wireframes.
• Own the requirements baseline (90 FRs, 44 NFRs) with full traceability to WBS, Azure services, and IRAP evidence.
• Specify ETSI compliant APIs to drive interoperability with carrier partners.
• Manage NFRs including security (TLS 1.3, AES-256), performance, and availability targets.
• Support IRAP Stage 2 by controlling narratives and preparing evidence packs.
• Utilize AI tools for analyst productivity while strictly maintaining ISM security controls.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship and current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (NV2 preferred).
• BA experience on PROTECTED programs involving both application builds and cloud landing zones.
• Working knowledge of ASD ISM, IRAP, Essential Eight, and CSP scoping.
• Fluency in Azure (Entra ID P2/PIM, Firewall Premium, Key Vault HSM, etc.).
• Experience with TIA Act / Telco Act Part 15 or similar regulated domains.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain traceability matrices for external audits.

Nice to have

• Experience with lawful-interception or carrier-facing programs.
• Familiarity with ETSI TS 102 657 / TS 103 120 standards.
• Exposure to IRAP assessors or SecDevOps.
• BABOK certification or equivalent.
