Manufacturing Operator (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: US - Tampa, FL. Onsite, 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Perform raw material dispensing, sampling, media and buffer preparation, filter installation, and sample preparation under cGMP conditions.
• Receive, sort, and process returned and reworked products, including compliant product disposal.
• Pack materials, handle products, and operate and maintain production equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor less experienced workers on equipment use and problem resolution.
• Follow safety and sustainability requirements, report incidents and deficiencies, and stop work when necessary to maintain safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Experience with oral solid dosage manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Tampa, Florida, on the 3rd shift schedule.
