Production Associate O1 - SVLM (2nd Shift)

Location: Onsite in Logan, Utah, United States. Second shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00-10:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products.
• Follow standard operating procedures for materials handling, equipment operation, and finished-goods packaging.
• Follow EHS, quality-control, GMP, documentation, and production work instructions.
• Complete required quality and compliance training and report quality or compliance concerns.
• Manage documentation for configuration control, non-conforming materials, rework, concessions, calibration, preventive maintenance, and material identification.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow policies, procedures, schematics, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with production and management teams.
• Ability to frequently move, climb stairs and ladders, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle small objects.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted and heavier weights with assistance.
• Ability to wear cleanroom gowns, chemical-resistant clothing, and safety glasses or goggles.

Nice to have

• Two years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
