Production Associate O1 (SVLM) 3rd Shift (Biotechnology)

Location: Onsite in Logan, Utah, United States. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Follow work policies, procedures, schematics, environmental health and safety requirements, quality inspections, GMPs, and documentation practices.
• Complete planned quality and compliance training within established deadlines.
• Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action when required.
• Follow production process requirements, work instructions, configuration controls, nonconforming product procedures, and rework documentation requirements.
• Maintain compliance with stop orders, concessions, ESD, calibration, preventive maintenance, material identification and segregation, and good documentation practices.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and schematics.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with manufacturing and engineering personnel.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs and ladders, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle small objects.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; heavier loads may occasionally be moved with assistance.
• Ability to work in an ISO5 environment and wear cleanroom gowning, chemical-resistant clothing, and safety glasses or goggles.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
