Lead Engineer, MSAT - Tech Transfer (DSP)

Location: Tuas, Singapore; office-first with remote work permitted for up to 20% of time

What you will do

• Lead the timely transfer of purification stages from customer manufacturing processes into the Singapore production facility.
• Prepare, execute, monitor, and support post-campaign activities for purification processes across multiple manufacturing programs.
• Investigate process trends, issues, and deviations in collaboration with manufacturing, quality, technical, and customer teams.
• Write change requests and drive their implementation.
• Design, perform, or support small-scale laboratory experiments for technology transfer and investigations.
• Develop operator training materials, update process batch records, and support customer and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in biotechnology process development, process support, research, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Graduate degree in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Excel and statistical data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, strong action orientation, and the ability to work in a cross-functional technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects under tight timelines.
