What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Wallet to maximize user and business impact.
• Optimize key user journeys across onboarding, asset management, trading, and portfolio experiences.
• Lead product integration for embedded trading (INX) and define UX for DEX swaps and on-chain asset discovery.
• Drive wallet activation, engagement, and retention in collaboration with marketing.
• Manage product relationships with infrastructure partners such as Zero Hash and BitGo.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment across the US, EU, and UK.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in wallets, payments, fintech, or Web3.
• Experience with mobile product development (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and business teams.
• Strong user research and data analysis skills, including qualitative studies and quantitative dashboards.
• Excellent written communication for creating PRDs, user stories, and stakeholder documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-chain infrastructure, digital asset products, or tokenized securities (RWAs).
• Background working at a fintech, crypto exchange, brokerage, or investment platform.
• Experience managing third-party infrastructure partners and vendors in highly regulated environments.
