What you will do

• Provide premium technical support for MPU and discrete AI accelerator (DNPU) products to assigned customers.
• Drive design wins by leading proof of concepts, solution designs, and technical demonstrations.
• Act as a system software architect to ensure the technical team understands the software value proposition for system proposals.
• Synthesize customer and competitive insights to improve product definitions and roadmaps.
• Qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements and establish NXP's value proposition against competition.
• Educate Field Sales Engineers and distributors on new technologies and product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems development or applications support.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Application Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in C/C++ with a record of developing embedded firmware.
• Deep knowledge of ARM Cortex A and Cortex M architectures, RTOS, and Embedded Linux (kernel, user-space, and uboot).
• Demonstrated expertise with SoC hardware interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, LP DDR5, USB).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Edge AI deployment, including familiarity with Tensorflow Lite and ONNX.
• Hands-on knowledge of graphics and video subsystems and related software drivers.
