What you will do

• Analyze multiple data sources to provide actionable recommendations for business, operations, and technology.
• Execute strategic growth opportunities, including the design and evaluation of economic models for partnerships.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and deliver high-value technology solutions.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify trends and the competitive landscape.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Manage the prioritization of new products and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analyzing and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Must be based in Chicago, USA.
• Strong financial modeling experience and business acumen.
• Familiarity with data systems and software development practices.
• Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work independently across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.

• Python programming skills for exploring large datasets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
