What you will do

• Plan and implement complex process improvement initiatives across organizational functions.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify root causes of problems and performance shortfalls.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives and implement solutions.
• Develop advanced metrics to measure process performance and identify improvement indicators.
• Consult with stakeholders on re-engineering techniques to enhance process performance and product quality.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior business analysis professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in business analysis, process re-engineering (Lean, Six Sigma), and complex data evaluation.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA
