Global Category Strategic Planner (Body Care)

What you will do

• Support the definition and execution of Global Body Care product design strategy and innovation priorities.
• Drive category and Neuilly COE performance reporting across pipelines, sales, budgets, win rates, cost-to-serve, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate innovation planning and governance from idea generation through deployment and ROI assessment.
• Prepare management presentations, strategic updates, and executive business reviews.
• Coordinate governance across global sites, including New York, Singapore, and Hilversum.
• Lead communication initiatives, leadership meetings, action tracking, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, category management, innovation management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; reporting and visualization experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, fragrance, beauty, personal care, or specialty ingredients.
• Understanding of innovation pipelines, portfolio management, and governance processes.
• Experience with executive-level business reviews and strategic presentations.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
