What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable product components and translate functional requirements into technical system designs.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and high-quality technical output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and QA, to deliver fintech solutions.
• Create complex test plans, debug software issues, and identify opportunities for automation across products.
• Respond to incidents during on-call rotations and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Build and enhance developer tools while integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with a focus on developing web-based or mobile applications.
• Proven track record in a leadership role, whether with or without direct reports.
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans and executing debugging procedures.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
