What you will do
- Build and maintain 3DS infrastructure services to enhance payment security and customer trust.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and services for global payment processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and financial partners to ensure seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the technology stack.
- Optimize critical components within the online payment processing flow.
- Engage with global engineering teams to foster effective communication and technical alignment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Strong aptitude for system thinking and designing elegant, abstract patterns.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality code, with a preference for Kotlin or Java.
- Experience with production systems and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, OAuth2.0, and JWT.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun).
- Familiarity with Nginx or Istio service mesh.
