What you will do

• Architect and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure powering global enterprise clients.
• Design cross-domain features including tax systems, compliance flows, and monetization tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions for enterprise prospects.
• Optimize systems for high-scale performance, availability, and strict latency SLAs.
• Collaborate with product, design, compliance, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance development speed and solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence.
• Experience leading multi-team initiatives with measurable business or technical impact.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic decision-making regarding performance optimization versus development velocity.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments spanning multiple business domains.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with high-scale performance tuning (100k+ QPS) and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0, API design, and cross-region deployment strategies.
