Salary: $141,000 – $178,300

What you will do

• Lead brand campaign strategy from concept through activation, ensuring alignment with product marketing and demand generation.
• Develop and maintain scalable brand systems, including asset libraries, guidelines, and AI-powered toolkits.
• Own the internal Writer instance to encode brand voice and standards into AI skills for company-wide use.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and internal employee experiences.
• Manage brand agency relationships and provide clear creative direction.
• Define and track brand metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building brands, ideally at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Proven track record of owning both brand strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI and its application in scaling creative output and brand consistency.
• Experience working alongside product teams to integrate brand identity into product experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect brand performance to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies with conviction.
