Director, Finance Integration & Enablement

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the strategic integration of finance workstreams into the Global Business Services framework and centralized shared service center model.
• Develop and manage the global intake framework for workflow, business-function, and corporate-merger transitions.
• Lead shared-operations integration for mergers and acquisitions, assessing acquired entities and building operational integration roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end transitions, including scoping, knowledge transfer, shadowing, go-live stabilization, budget control, and business-continuity planning.
• Coordinate regional leaders, functional heads, project managers, and external service providers while presenting roadmaps to governance committees.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, and post-transition performance management in collaboration with HR, continuous improvement, reporting, automation, and technology leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project-management experience focused on functional migrations, shared services, GBS transitions, or large-scale BPO management.
• Experience leading end-to-end functional migrations and M&A integrations in a complex global matrix environment.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across time zones and cultures without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple projects and multidimensional workflows, with the ability to communicate priorities to executive audiences.
• Experience onboarding acquired entities or business units into a global service model.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in a strategic or analytical discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Hands-on experience with Pega, S/4HANA, or ServiceNow.
• Music-industry experience.
